Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

Welcome Bonus

77ja offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Bonus Cancellation Conditions

A bonus may be cancelled in any of the following situations:

• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts.
• If the balance reaches zero before the wagering requirement is met and no new deposit is made.
• Failing to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time limit.
• Placing bets using any strategy prohibited by 77ja.

VIP Programme

77ja's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Regular active gaming activity is required to reach higher tiers. 77ja reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

Fair Play Policy

Technical Issues and Errors

Special Rules for Sports Betting
